Imagine spending an hour just focussing on you. Or maybe you would like to enjoy moving with a friend or partner. It is really important to me that you move well in a way so focussed you achieve your goals, feel better in your body or get you back to doing what you love as soon as possible.

 

Studio personal training sessions, focus solely on what your body needs. My ethos is that you are unique and deserve a programme that is not generic, so a bespoke programme is created for you and your body. 

Personal training sessions allow you to achieve your goals faster, train for the sport you love or rehab quicker following an injury.

Sessions can be in person or online, which allows me to work with you anywhere in the world, some of my clients live or travel globally and I've helped them keep up their practice in Europe, New Zealand, Malaysia, Canada and the USA.

Whether your training for a sport, needing rehab or training to become a Pilates teacher personal training is great for so many things!


Living your life: If you are new to Pilates or returning after a break, personal training sessions allow to get up to speed before you join a group class. Or if you have preference for private training, a 1:1 is a perfect way to workout without any distractions


Rehabilitation & Referrals: Existing health conditions or injuries sometimes require more attention than can be given in a group setting or there might not be a class suitable for them. If you have an injury or have just surgery for a joint replacement, as an exercise referral specialist I can work with your medical professionals to help you get back to work, sport and play a lot sooner.

Sport: Whether your a sport professional competing for your country or a devoted hobbyist, Pilates can seriously improve your game! private sessions allow us to balance, strengthen and mobilise your body depending on where in your  season you are.

Teacher Training: Teachers need teachers, so if you are  student or a qualified teacher I can help you move your own body, complete your training and develop your own practice

A morning mat class that flows so well you'll be flying through your day! 45 minutes on a mat to build strength, power and flexibility. Whether you're starting the day or winding down, this class will leave you feeling accomplished.

Duet Studio Session

Strengthen, align and feel more mobile for the day ahead. With only a maximum of 10 in a class you will feel every exercise from Stacy's precise cueing and corrections.

A 1hr mat class aimed at those with some understanding of Pilates and complete beginners.

Fundamental Matwork

Strengthen, align and feel more mobile for the day ahead. With only a maximum of 10 in a class you will feel every exercise from Stacy's precise cueing and corrections.

Mixed Ability Matwork - Online Only

Empower your spine and body with an osteoporosis specific reformer class. Work and challenge your body like no other workout can in a safe and supported way. Resistance training is proven to strengthen the body if you have osteoporosis because it supports your bone density.

With only 3 in a class it's a bespoke group personal training session.

Suitable for those with some experience and complete beginners.

Osteo Resist

Improve your sport with Pilates....well all the pro's do so why not you?
45 minutes on a mat to build strength, power and flexibility. Whether you surf, climb, run or hit a ball this class will improve the way you move

These classes are not suitable for those with major injuries and pathologies

Pilates Athlete

Reform 1 classes are for those with some experience and complete beginners

Literally feel reformed from head to toe. Using resistance the reformer will give you a workout like no other and with only 3 in a class it's a bespoke group personal training session.

Reform 1

Reform 2 classes are for those who have attended Reform 1 and have the basics in place

Feel the power from head to toe. These sessions are progressive classes for those with experience. If you have attended a reformer class elsewhere and would like to join these classes please contact the studio to discuss or book a 1:1 session.
