My Philosophy
Stacy's expertise is rooted in her experience as a dancer, where she intimately understood the rigorous demands on both body and mind. This deep understanding fuels her ability to craft bespoke performance programmes for athletes competing at the pinnacle of their sports, as well as the everyday person wanting to live life pain free and to the fullest.
As a BASI Pilates Teacher and Assistant Faculty member, Stacy combines her strength training and intrinsic biomechanics expertise with a profound understanding of nutrition. Her comprehensive skill set allows her to address various aspects of physical health - from general exercise referral to specialised focus on injuries, pathologies, and hypermobility. Her prowess in sports performance is further enhanced by her work with international medallists, Olympic athletes and GB competitors underscoring her commitment to safe and effective practice.
